Refund Policy
Last updated: 30 July 2026
We want you to enrol with confidence. This policy explains when you can request a refund for your enrolment at Dar al-Hikma.
Your right to a refund
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your access opening - not the day you transferred, since verifying a transfer can take a day or two - provided you have not attended or watched more than two sessions (or the equivalent of 20% of the content).
How to request a refund
Email us at support@daralhikma.institute from the address you used to purchase, and tell us what you bought. We’ll reply as soon as we can.
How refunds are issued
Because you paid by bank transfer, we refund by bank transfer. We send the money back to the account it came from, so we may ask you to confirm those details. We return the full amount you were quoted; any transfer or currency-conversion fee the banks deduct along the way is outside our control. Expect a few business days once we have what we need.
If you study on a scholarship
A full scholarship costs you nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If you paid half, the same 14-day window applies to the half you actually paid.
What is non-refundable
After the 14-day window, or once you have accessed a substantial part of the content, the purchase is non-refundable - consistent with the rules for digital content, which begin once you start using it.
If we cancel a cohort
If we cancel a cohort or course, you will receive a full refund.
