Refund Policy

We want you to enrol with confidence. This policy explains when you can request a refund for your enrolment at Dar al-Hikma.
Your right to a refund
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not attended or watched more than two sessions (or the equivalent of 20% of the content).
How to request a refund
Email us at support@daralhikma.institute from the address you used to purchase, and tell us what you bought. We’ll reply as soon as we can.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are processed through our payments provider (Lemon Squeezy) to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.
What is non-refundable
After the 14-day window, or once you have accessed a substantial part of the content, the purchase is non-refundable — consistent with the rules for digital content, which begin once you start using it.
If we cancel a cohort
If we cancel a cohort or course, you will receive a full refund.
